To become a change catalyst in the education industry in the world starting from Nigeria; bringing unemployment to the barest minimum.

Our Mission

To offer entrepreneurship and skills acquisition training to youths and young children from ages 9-35; making it a core discipline in the schools’ bridging the gap between school and the experience of the real world where unemployment is prevalent.

How We Achieve Our Mission

Entrepreneurship and Wealth Creation Skills Acquisition

We build the capacity of youths and children aged 9 to 35 to pursue purpose while excelling at their education. We do this by helping them identify their passion and mentoring them with bespoke training on these specific skills using an entrepreneurial mindset. We also encourage them to come up with ideas, identify opportunities and problems find a solution and turn their solutions into income streams.

Mentorship

Our support extends beyond the classroom. We provide up to one year of mentorship, guiding our students every step of the way to ensure their businesses not only take off but thrive.

Networking and Opportunity Hub

We connect our students with a network of individuals and organizations that broaden their perspectives and equip them to become outstanding global citizens. Through local and international opportunities in their chosen fields, we help them expand their horizons. Additionally, we provide guidance on securing grants to fund their businesses or passions, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.

Competitions

At Graith Spring Global Academy, competition is a key strategy in fulfilling our mission. We create competitive environments that challenge our students to think critically, innovate, and apply their skills in real-world scenarios. By participating in entrepreneurial challenges, pitch competitions, and problem-solving exercises, they develop resilience, creativity, and a success-driven mindset.

MEET THE DIRECTOR

Chioma John-Onwuchekwa is an accomplished education professional with over 12 years of experience in the education sector. Beginning at the grassroots level, she has gained extensive expertise across all facets of education, from classroom teaching to leadership roles, including managing school clubs, serving as Head of School, and consulting for institutions at various stages of development.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education Economics from the prestigious University of Nigeria and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Oxford Home Study. Additionally, she has completed multiple certifications in strategic planning, child psychology, and teaching and learning.

Driven by a passion for youth empowerment, Chioma is dedicated to equipping young people with the skills and mindset needed to lead purpose-driven lives. She currently resides in Abuja with her husband and three children.

We conduct weekly worship services, bringing together an average of 300 individuals each Sunday to celebrate and strengthen their faith.
